Q: Do I need to be in shape to start out doing crossfit workouts?
A: No you do not, we can start you at a basic intensity level so that you can slowly progress to more challenging intensities as you get into better shape.
Q: When are your last classes offered?
A: Monday-Thursdays our last class is at 7pm. Fridays our last class is at 5pm, and lastly on Saturdays our last class is at 11am. During holidays our class schedule is going to change so be sure to call in to check with us.
Q: I've have heard that doing crossfit workouts leads to a lot of injuries. Will I experience those same injuries? At Push we value teaching our clients the proper way to lift and perform exercise movements. Our experienced trainers will not let you go heavier and harder if you can't perform the exercise or workout correctly.
Q: Will doing crossfit workouts make my muscles bulky? Doing crossfit workouts will not get you bulky unless you specifically want to bulk up. For women clients, our workouts are not designed to produce that result. For some of our guy and women clients who want to bulk up will provide specific workouts for that request.
