Welcome to Push

PUSH Fitness & Athletic Training is pushing the barriers of average gyms. Not only do we offer training sessions but we also cater to the athletically inclined, elderly, and anyone trying to make a healthier lifestyle. Our environment is family oriented and equipped with some of El Paso’s best trainers. Our blend of Cross Training and Personal Training gives us the opportunity to create workouts that can be tailored to each member no matter what their physical abilities may be, PUSH’ing you to feel your absolute best.

Push training

Cross training is an intensive yet effective core strength & conditioning program.
Our programming focuses on functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, carrying, and sprinting.

Push Men’s Program

Our Men’s Program is a month to month training that will help you achieve all your goals while surrounded by like-minded individuals that motivate you to become healthy and happy!

Push Her Program

Our Women’s Program is a month to month training that will help you achieve all your goals while surrounded by like-minded individuals that motivate you to become healthy and happy!

Wellness & Nutritional Coaching

Got questions on where to start and what you should eat? We are here to support your physical transformation, and are happy to steer you in the right direction. We offer nutritional coaching to help our members learn how to properly fuel their bodies.
